Varun Luthra has spent his whole career in United States immigration law practice, assisting clients with the fullest variety of immigration law and related legal needs, including visa and deportation cases.
Himself an immigrant, Mr. Luthra arrived in the United States from New Delhi. India. As an immigrant, he has a unique perspective and ability to understand many of the worries and concerns of his clients throughout the immigration legal process, having been through the very same process.
Varun was born in the town of Jawahar Nagar. His uncle was a patent and trademark attorney in India, and Varun grew hearing stories of a lawyer’s work. It was his uncle’s work in India that inspired him to become a lawyer. After attending St. Xavier’s School, Varun earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from St. Stephen’s College of Delhi University, India’s most prestigious. He earned an LL.M. from Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Luthra has been admitted to practice as an Attorney and Counselor at Law by the State of New York. He is also an enrolled Attorney in India.
Mr. Luthra is not admitted in Maryland and counsels clients exclusively on Federal immigration law and procedure.
